The principles of Service Design Thinking are building better services. It can be used to improve an existing service or to create a new service from scratch.

I led the company's employees in a two-day Workshop to brainstorm and develop their creativity.

Kick-Off

Course description: Topic and process agenda Introduction. Then let the team members introduce themselves and know each other. The members come from different departments. Draw the head of colleague sitting on the right to get closer to each other.

Marco S.E.T. TOP10 Forces

-Exploration-

Divergent thinking based on Society, Economy, and Technology. Think about relevant issues today. There are no limits to various ideas. Then after classification and induction. Find out 10 ideas that can be focused on development.

Scenario Brainstorming

-Creation-

Define the story of a typical character scenario. Design the story according to who, when, where, what and how.

Critical Issue & Key Idea

-Reflection-

Put forward good ideas(Yellow post-it note) and problems(Red post-it note) according to the content of the scenario. Arrange and summarize the key ideas.

After grouping and ranking, summarized 10 Key Theme.

Low Resolution Prototyping 

-Implementation-

Simple concept prototyping. Preparatory work for scenario rehearsal. The roles that everyone can play in the exercise can be interchanged at any time. Participants take turns to act as consumers or employees. New ideas inspired by the role-playing.

Presentation

A 10-minute persentation. Show the final development of the service design concept. Through service performances, dynamic learning and emotions can be integrated into the design process. Playing various roles in similar real situations can help members build empathy for various roles during the performance.
